The Learning Station Financial Agreement Contract The Learning Station Financial Agreement ContractThe Learning Station Financial Agreement ContractDeposit The Learning Station (TLS) will require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure your child’s enrollment. Please note that your child’s spot t at TLS will not be reserved until the deposit is made, nor will childcare be provided. Payment Tuition must be received on the first of every month. Late fees will accrue after the 5th of the month. Should a holiday fall on the first of the month, then payment is due the day before. Please note that you are reserving your child’s spot for each scheduled day. Should your child be absent from daycare, whether due to illness, vacation, etc., payment is still due for those days. Additionally, when a scheduled daycare day is missed, we are not able to make up a day of care on a different day. It is important that we are in compliance with the Department of Health’s regulations of child to teacher ratios. Childcare fees are subject to yearly increases and TLS has the right to change tuition rates as needed. The monthly fees established in this Financial Agreement will be effective on below mentioned date. TLS accepts payments in the form of a check, electronic payment, or cash.
